By Conducting market research on Kroft as a company, I learned about their existing product line and conducted a user research to identify what possible add-on designs would be beneficial for the company and other unexplored categories. I saw the company’s main target and consumer was young millennials, millennials tend to rent apartments not own. They value handcrafted items and support local stores, they usually move out frequently and don’t have a permanent living and they love the facility of ordering online so it had to be shippable.
